What are the Occasion Song packages?
Essential, Classic, Signature, and Legacy. All four include a custom song written from your story and a pro vocal. Production depth, turnaround, and revision count scale up with each package.
 

How do I choose the right package?

Essential is a simple, heartfelt keepsake. Classic is a full song with a basic production mix. Signature adds studio-level production and mix (our most popular). Legacy is the VIP experience with the most personalization and fastest turnaround.

What's the process?

1. Choose what you need: Personal/Occasion Song or Commercial/Business Jingle.

2. Choose your package (Essential / Classic / Signature / Legacy) or license (Local / Regional / National / Buyout for jingles).

3. Tell us your story, names, details, and any must-include lines.

4. We craft lyrics (or refine yours), produce the track, and deliver your first draft.

5. You use your included revision rounds to fine-tune.

6. Final delivery as high-quality audio files.

What are the typical turnarounds?
Target windows are: Essential and Classic have a 7 day turnaround, Signature and Legacy have a 5 day turnaround. Rush is available when capacity allows.

How many revisions do I get?
Essential: 2 revisions for lyric corrections.
Classic: 2 revisions for lyric changes or corrections.
Signature: 4 revisions for lyric changes or corrections.
Legacy: Up to 8 for lyric changes or corrections and minor revisions within scope (minor edits, not full rewrites).

Do I get a melody preview?
No previews for Essential or Classic—we go straight to your first full draft. Signature and Legacy can include a short rough melody snippet on request after lyric approval.

Can I request a specific style, tempo, or vocalist type?
Yes. Tell us the artist vibe, genre, and energy you want. We'll match a suitable vocalist and musicians on our team or from our roster. Legacy Package can include a brief style consult via email, phone, or text if requested.

What files do I receive?
Standard delivery MP3 of the final mix. Instrumental mix and multitrack stems are WAV file optional add-ons.

What add-ons are available?
Instrumental mix, stems, extra verse/bridge, extra revision rounds, rush delivery, and additional vocalists/duets. We'll confirm pricing before work begins.

Who owns the Occasion Song?
You receive a personal-use license: share with friends and family, post on your socials, play it at events. We retain songwriter and master ownership unless you add a commercial license or buyout. Need to use the song in a business context? Ask for a commercial upgrade.

Can I use my Occasion Song for a business or ad?
That's a commercial use. We can license it to you, or adapt it to Commercial Use or a Business Jingle with the appropriate license (Local, Regional, National, or Buy-out).

How do Business Jingle licenses work?
Local, Regional, and National are 1-year term licenses tied to geography and typical ad placements (radio/TV/streaming/social). A Buyout is perpetual and national, and includes both sync and master use. You can upgrade a license later and we'll credit remaining term where reasonable.
 

Do you use AI?

We write your lyrics and guide the creative direction. Where efficient, we may use AI-assisted tools for rhythm/backing elements, additional instruments and vocals—finals are human-directed and producer-approved. Topline songwriting are human-performed. If you want a "100% human only" production, tell us—available in the Legacy packages.

Can you work from my lyrics or poem?
Absolutely. We can use them as-is or polish them. If heavy rewriting is needed, it may count as a revision.

What if I don't love the first draft?
Use your included revisions for targeted changes (lyrics phrasing, vocal delivery, mix tweaks). Full rewrites or major style changes may require an add-on. Our goal is a finished song you're proud to share.

Do you offer refunds?
Because this is custom creative work, payments become non-refundable once writing begins. If you cancel before writing starts, we can issue a partial refund minus a booking/holding fee.

Can you keep it a surprise?
Yes. We'll coordinate quiet communication and deliver on a specific date if you note it at checkout.

How do holidays affect timelines?
High-demand dates book up. If your delivery date is fixed, choose Signature or Legacy or add a rush so we can guarantee the window.

What do you need from me to start?
Key names and dates, 3–5 story moments, desired mood/genre, pronunciation notes, and any must-say lines. Links to example songs help, too.

How do I upgrade later?
If you start with Essential or Classic and want fuller production, you can upgrade to Signature or Legacy before final delivery. For jingles, you can upgrade Local → Regional → National → Buyout at any time.

What does "within scope" mean for revisions?
Minor lyric tweaks, vocal phrasing, and reasonable mix adjustments. Major genre shifts, new melodies, or adding/removing large sections are out of scope and quoted as add-ons.

Can I get a clean instrumental or karaoke version?
Yes—add the instrumental mix add-on. Stems are also available if you want to remix later.

How are files delivered?
Secure download link for WAV/MP3. Stems and instrumentals are included if you selected those add-ons.

What if I need usage across multiple locations or platforms for my business?
Choose the license that matches where the ad will run. If in doubt, tell us your media plan and we'll recommend Local, Regional, National, or a Buyout.
